My Opinion:
When it comes to eating my five year old daughter and two year old son are complete opposites. My daughter is so picky and it's so difficult to get her to eat anything especially healthy food but my son loves to eat everything! Right now I'm trying anything and everything I can think of to get my daughter to eat her vegetables. One of the things I'm trying is the Copy Kids DVD. In Copy Kids there are very young children eating different fruits and vegetables. Honestly I'm not a big fan of this DVD but my children love it and since it is for them what really matters is if they love it and if it actually works. My daughter still isn't eating much vegetables yet but she is now at least willing to try them before she decides she doesn't want them. It's true than children like to copy everything and Copy Kids is helping to improve my daughter's eating habits.
